Establish and build a national college of trades (in atleast two locations in Ireland)

The demand for infrastructure and housing in Ireland can only be met by facilitating and encouraging larger numbers of citizens in trade.

A large national college should be built with the capacity to train multiple trades and ideally house apprentices during their training.
