Neutrality must not be eroded or influenced by any international body. Be it corporations or the EU.

Irish neutrality has been fundamental to our military, peace keeping efforts and history as a nation that has facilitated many agreements and peace/buffer zones in conflicts across the world. 

No government should have the ability to change this without a majority vote of possibly even greater than 70% of the population.
